Tina Howell knows Lake Tillery like the back of her hand and was instrumental in helping our family buy the perfect lake house for us! Also when it came to Due Diligence and making repairs to the home, Tina had relationships with multiple contractors / experts that were needed to perform the work (from masonry, electrical, handy-men, etc). Finally, Tina was very responsive to our MULTIPLE questions and really treated us like she was helping a family member of her own. We would highly recommend Tina!

Randy Mabry is a man of his word. A few months ago, we began looking for a house. My husband I have never owned our own home and had no idea where to begin.
