Randy Mabry is a man of his word. A few months ago, we began looking for a house. My husband I have never owned our own home and had no idea where to begin. We are both retired and on a limited budget. We went to Randy and asked him for his assistance in helping us find the right home, within our budget. He assured us that he would find the right place for us. We looked at many houses with expectation of each being the right place for us. Randy never grew tired or lost patience with us but encouraged us each time that we would find the right home. I don’t know how he put up with us. He put in a lot of effort, time, encouragement, while having the patience of Job. In April, we found THE RIGHT HOME. Randy Mabry is a man of his word. Our home is beautiful, in a nice neighborhood and within our budget. The amazing thing ….Randy is still speaking to us. We close on our new home next week. You have been on my mind lately. I know that I told you before that
I worked for 2 real estate attorneys. Never have I had a transaction
go so smooth and worry free. You guys hold true to family value and
one on one personal attention. You answered every phone call
personally and in a timely manner if you did not answer the first
time calling. No problem was too big or too small. I just wanted to
tell you and your Mother thank you so much for making a tough
situation easier. It wasn't easy for my grandfather to let that
house go. And it wasn't easy for me to get the house in-order to
sell. But you pulled it off. I honestly did not think that house
would sell in the condition it was in. I thought that I was going to
