Hi John,

You have been on my mind lately. I know that I told you before that I worked for 2 real estate attorneys. Never have I had a transaction go so smooth and worry free. You guys hold true to family value and one on one personal attention. You answered every phone call personally and in a timely manner if you did not answer the first time calling. No problem was too big or too small. I just wanted to tell you and your Mother thank you so much for making a tough situation easier. It wasn't easy for my grandfather to let that house go. And it wasn't easy for me to get the house in-order to sell. But you pulled it off. I honestly did not think that house would sell in the condition it was in.
